The Partnership was originally established in 1962 by Roger Lavington. The current Partners are Richard Keely (since 2000) and Kevin Oliver, Paul Willmott and Paul Mansell (since 2017). Previous Partner Stephen De Frond continues working with us as a Consultant.
The partnership’s office is located in Richmond, Surrey some six miles from the centre of London and with easy access to motorway, rail networks and airports. This excellent location has enabled us to provide services on projects throughout the UK, whilst the benefit of a single office ensures that the partners are able to liaise and consult regularly with each other, surveyors and technical staff.
The on-going development of our computer facilities will ensure the high standard of our service is maintained, particularly in respect of electronic data interchange, financial analysis, report preparation, measurement and tender documentation.
Quantity Surveying services are the practice’s traditional strengths and we will continue to work with design teams to provide our clients with successful projects of distinction. However, we have over the years expanded our activities to include other areas of construction consultancy, in particular, project management, employers agent and CDM Consultant.
We aim to provide a high class professional service, whilst developing a close personal link with all our clients. Each client is introduced to a partner, who takes direct responsibility for ensuring the services the practice provides on all projects from vision to completion are in accordance with the client’s wishes and expectations and ensuring the practice understands the clients business.
Our services are tailored to suit each individual client’s financial and contractual requirements with the objective of controlling costs, limiting risk exposure, and maximising the project value.
We endeavor to provide our services with speed, attention to detail, clarity and accuracy.
The breadth of our experience is used to give honest and unbiased advice so that our clients have the opportunity to make informed and constructive decisions.
