The Partnership
was originally established in 1962 under the name of Roger Wyatt
Associates. In 1972 the name changed to Roger Lavington Associates
and then in 1990 to Lavingtons, when Peter Gray and Stephen
De Frond joined Roger Lavington in partnership. In 2000 Roger
Lavington retired and Richard Keely bacame a partner. |

The partnership's office
is located in Richmond, Surrey some six miles from the centre
of London and with easy access to motorway, rail networks and
airports. This excellent location has enabled us to provide
services on projects throughout the UK, whilst the benefit of
a single office ensures that all partners are able to liase
and consult regularly with each other, surveyors and technical
staff. |

The on-going development
of our computer facilities will ensure the high standard of
our service is maintained, particularly in respect of electronic
data interchange, financial analysis, report preparation, measurement
and tender documentation. |

Quantity Surveying services
are the practice's traditional strengths and we will continue
to work with design teams to provide our clients with successful
projects of distinction. However, we have over the years expanded
our activities to include other areas of construction consultancy,
in particular, project management, employers agent and planning
supervision. |

We aim to provide a high
class professional service, whilst developing a close personal
link with all our clients. Each client is introduced to a partner,
who takes direct responsibility for ensuring the services the
practice provides on all projects from vision to completion
are in accordance with the client's wishes and expectations
and ensuring the practice understands the clients business. |
