Lavingtons provided Project Management, Quantity Surveying & Contract Administration Services on the Butlins Fire House Grill, Skegness. A new concept and brand created solely for Butlins Skegness, located in the central area of the park, to meet the needs of hungry and thirsty holidaymakers.

This project was handed over 2 weeks early and on budget.
