Lavingtons acted as Quantity Surveyors for Esporta Health and Fitness on the conversion of an existing Sports Centre in Norwich into the Norfolk Health and Racquets Club.

Within an overall area of 65,000sqft, the facilities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, creche, gymnasium, aerobics and spinning studios, 6 Nr indoor and 5 Nr outdoor tennis courts together with associated changing rooms, reception, food and beverage area and external works.
