Clattern Lecture Theatre, Kingston University

Lavingtons were appointed as Project Managers for the refurbishment of the Clattern Lecture Theatre at Kingston University.

The Clattern Lecture Theatre is a permanent fixed seat lecture theatre serving the Kingston University Penryhn Road campus.  It was in poor decorative state and suffering from inadequate and poorly functioning services.

The brief was to revamp the lecture theatre to make the space more collaborative whilst still functioning as a normal lecture theatre.

The project consisted of an initial demolition contract followed by a fit out project.
