Esporta, Chiswick Riverside

Lavingtons acted as Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent for the rebuilding of the Riverside Club in Chiswick for Esporta Health and Fitness. The building was destroyed by fire in March 2006.

The Riverside is Esporta’s flagship Club with an overall area of 150,000ft2 and facilities that include 12 indoor and 14 outdoor tennis courts, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, gymnasium, aerobic, pilates and spinning studios, creche/nursery, function room, health and beauty suite and related changing rooms, food and beverage area and external works.
