Lavingtons acted as Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent for the construction of the new Health and Racquets Club on the Gloucester Business Park for Esporta Health and Fitness.

The Club comprises of 85,000ft2 and facilites include 6 indoor and 3 outdoor tennis courts, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, gymnasium, aerobic and spinning studios, creche, health and beauty suite and related changing rooms, food and beverage area and external works.
